
The Afghanistan men’s cricket team is set to embark on an exciting all-format tour to Zimbabwe, featuring two Tests, three ODIs, and three T20Is. Scheduled from December 9, 2024, to January 6, 2025, the series promises thrilling cricket action as the AfghanAtalan face off against Zimbabwe.
The tour kicks off with three T20Is at the Harare Sports Club:

Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) Chairman Mirwais Ashraf expressed enthusiasm about the packed calendar, stating:
“This year has been quite productive for us both domestically and internationally. The all-format tour to Zimbabwe is a significant event, and we’re confident our team will rise to the challenge.”
Zimbabwe Cricket Chairman Tavengwa Mukuhlani highlighted the importance of the Boxing Day and New Year’s Test matches, describing them as iconic fixtures in the cricketing tradition.
“Matches between Zimbabwe and Afghanistan are always intense and exciting affairs, and we’re looking forward to another historic series.”
