Synopsis
2024 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup
The 2024 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, the ninth edition of the biennial Twenty20 International (T20I) tournament, will be co-hosted by the West Indies and the United States from June 1 to June 29, 2024. This tournament marks the first ICC World Cup matches to be played in the United States and in the Americas outside the West Indies.
Tournament Format
- Group Stage: 20 teams divided into four groups of five. The top two teams from each group advance.
- Super 8s: The top 8 teams divided into two groups of four.
- Knockout Stage: Includes semi-finals and a final.
